For Thursday, May 5

Collaborative Project
1) Submit final drafts of your collaborative project to your Yammer group.

2) Prepare your group's presentation about your project. You'll present your work to the class in a presentation no longer than 10 minutes. If you choose to use presentation software, make your slides visually compelling. The slides should not be speaking notes for you but should serve as visual aids to support the ideas you are presenting. As a rule of thumb, challenge yourself to have no more than 10 words on any given slide. Additionally, follow the "Guidelines" boxes on p. 581, 582, and 596 as you prepare your presentation.

Your audience is me, members of the class, and our IT staff. Your purposes are to inform us about the work your group undertook, showcase your final documents, and persuade us that those documents are effective.

Not all members of the group need to do the actual presentation, but everyone should contribute to the planning process.

If you are submitting an assignment, be sure your sharing permissions are set correctly and that you create a link by following the directions at this site: How To Leave a Link in a Blogger Comment

Copy the line of code there, replace the web address with a link to your document (but leave the quotation marks in place), and replace the word Home with your name and the name of the assignment (example: JoySanteeProveIt1).

After you submit your comment, be sure the link works. If it doesn't, edit it for correctness.
