For Tuesday, April 26

Read: Chapter 20--Definitions, Descriptions, and Instructions
As you read, consider how well your collaborative and individual projects are conforming to advice in the chapter and make notes on what parts of those projects could be improved so your audiences have a clear understanding of any definitions, descriptions, or instructions that you provide.

Individual Project: Submit a Status Report on your Individual Project to me via email prior to class. Your report should include descriptions of the work you've completed, a list of work not yet completed, a revised timeline, and questions you have for me about your project at this point. You may also include partial or completed drafts of your work thus far to demonstrate what you've accomplished or to solicit my feedback.

This report is your last opportunity to renegotiate the scope of your individual project, too, so if you wish to do that, include sufficient information and evidence to support your claim about changing the scope of your project. Please note that procrastination or simply being behind schedule is not a sufficient reason to renegotiate the scope of your project.

Collaborative Project: Plan to have partial or nearly-complete drafts of all your group's documents completed for review by your IT staff supervisor(s) today. They will likely have numerous suggestions for revision, and getting that feedback during class today will give you plenty of time to complete revisions.

If you are submitting an assignment, be sure your sharing permissions are set correctly and that you create a link by following the directions at this site: How To Leave a Link in a Blogger Comment

Copy the line of code there, replace the web address with a link to your document (but leave the quotation marks in place), and replace the word Home with your name and the name of the assignment (example: JoySanteeProveIt1).

After you submit your comment, be sure the link works. If it doesn't, edit it for correctness.
